Welcome to Frisco

Home to 200,000 people, Frisco, TX is one of the fastest-growing cities in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. The population has multiplied more than twenty times over since the 1990s as multiple companies moved their headquarters to the region and highly educated professionals sought job opportunities.  In 2018, Money Magazine ranked Frisco the #1 best place to live in the United States. Frisco’s national reputation as a great place to live isn’t just because of its economy – the city also offers excellent public schools and a high quality of life.

Local Lifestyle

Frisco is an easy 25-minute commute from Dallas but has much to offer in its own right. Frisco is known for its top-notch education system and job growth, as well as its ample entertainment, sports, and nightlife. On any given day of the week, there’s always something to do in Frisco.

The people in Frisco are friendly and welcoming. From luxury apartment buildings to stunning palatial homes, your real estate dollars go further in Frisco than in many other parts of the country.

If you’re in the market for luxury properties, some of Frisco’s most prestigious neighborhoods include Starwood, Newman Village, Chapel Creek, Stonebriar Creek Estates, the Villages of Stonebriar Park, the Lakes on Legacy, and Lexington Country.

Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment

Frisco is gaining a reputation as a hip and trendy city with lots of entertainment, shopping, and great food. Stonebriar Centre is a premier shopping destination with more than 200 stores and dining options.

Of course, one of the things that makes Frisco great is its large variety of unique locally-owned shops and restaurants. The Rail District (the expanded and rebranded Historic Downtown Frisco) is where you’ll find specialty boutiques, charming coffee shops, local favorite restaurants, fitness centers, and more.

Like any Texas city worth its salt, Frisco has its share of top-notch steakhouses, barbeque, and burger joints, but there’s so much more than that to explore. Whether you’re in the mood for classic small-town diner fare, authentic Italian, sushi, or a cocktail on a beautiful patio, Frisco has plenty of choices.

Visit Summer Moon Coffee for a unique experience - coffee beans roasted locally over Texas oak. The Nest is another popular spot for espresso drinks, breakfast, and lunch.  Enjoy a specialty cocktail in an elegant setting at Bottled in Bond or The Parlour.

Local ingredients and Southern hospitality are on full display at Herd &Hearth, an elegant farm-to-table dining experience located within the Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa.

And of course, Frisco is the home of Wahlburgers, of the gourmet burger chain owned by chef Paul Wahlberg and his brothers, actors Donnie Wahlberg and Mark Wahlberg.
