For 18 years, Megan Oh built a strong foundation in law as a paralegal, with the last decade dedicated to real estate attorneys specializing in commercial REO, residential investments, evictions, property management, and transactional real estate work. Inspired by the joy she witnessed real estate bring to others; Megan made a pivotal career shift to help clients directly as a licensed real estate professional.

Since earning her license in 2016, Megan has worked with Keller Williams, founded Providential Real Estate in 2017, joined Compass in 2021, became a Broker in 2024, and recently partnered with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty as an Associated Broker. In just a few short years, she has successfully sold more than 175 homes, becoming one of the most respected and productive agents across Collin and Dallas counties.

A proud Allen native, Megan is a Texan through and through. She loves the sense of community, diversity, and family-friendly atmosphere in Allen and is passionate about helping others find their place here—from first-time homebuyers planting roots to seasoned investors expanding their portfolios.

Megan holds an A.A. in Paralegal Studies, a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on law, and an M.A. in the History of Ideas with a concentration in ethics. She is also a licensed Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®), and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). With this unique combination of legal and real estate expertise, Megan brings exceptional insight, precision, and advocacy to every transaction.

Her favorite part of the business is the contract—it’s where the deal becomes real. Megan believes real estate is for everyone and takes pride in helping her clients build wealth, create stability, and leave lasting legacies for generations to come. Known as a true closer, Megan’s hard-working, knowledgeable, and encouraging approach has earned her a reputation as one of the top agents in North Texas.

When she’s not serving clients, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. The family are avid college football fans and love traveling across the Midwest to visit family. Megan also gives back through her support of the Ruel Foundation, which provides medical care for children with cleft palate and other health challenges, and KLIFE Frisco, a youth organization dedicated to helping teens navigate life’s next chapter.

Get to Know Carol Boyle

Carol has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2014 and brings more than a decade of experience, professionalism, and dedication to the Megan Oh Team. Her real estate career began with a national brokerage, followed by roles at two area brokerages, where she built a strong foundation in client relations and transaction management.

From 2021 to 2023, Carol served as a Transaction Coordinator and Buyer’s Agent with a top producing North Texas team, successfully supporting more than 40 transactions. In 2023, she joined the Megan Oh Team, where she is an integral member. In this role, she has helped guide clients through more than 55 successful transactions to date, ensuring a smooth, personalized experience for each client.

Carol holds both the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification. A lifelong learner, she continually enhances her expertise to deliver exceptional service and elevate the client experience through her detailed knowledge, organization, and strategic approach.

Over the course of her career, Carol has personally sold and leased 67 homes as an independent agent, giving her valuable firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities clients face in every type of market.

A proud North Texan since 1994, Carol loves calling the Dallas area home. She has been married to her husband, John, for 29 years and is a devoted mother of four and grandmother of two—with another grandchild on the way. Outside of real estate, Carol enjoys spending time with family and friends, treasure hunting in thrift stores, exploring the outdoors, and reading.
