About Carol Boyle

Carol has been a licensed real estate agent since 2014 and brings more than a decade of experience, professionalism, and dedication to the Megan Oh Team. Her real estate career began with a national brokerage, followed by roles at two area brokerages, where she built a strong foundation in client relations and transaction management.

From 2021 to 2023, Carol served as a Transaction Coordinator and Buyer’s Agent with a top producing North Texas team, successfully supporting more than 40 transactions. In 2023, she joined the Megan Oh Team, where she is an integral member. In this role, she has helped guide clients through more than 55 successful transactions to date, ensuring a smooth, personalized experience for each client.

Carol holds both the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification. A lifelong learner, she continually enhances her expertise to deliver exceptional service and elevate the client experience through her detailed knowledge, organization, and strategic approach.

Over the course of her career, Carol has personally sold and leased 67 homes as an independent agent, giving her valuable firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities clients face in every type of market.

A proud North Texan since 1994, Carol loves calling the Dallas area home. She has been married to her husband, John, for 29 years and is a devoted mother of four and grandmother of two—with another grandchild on the way. Outside of real estate, Carol enjoys spending time with family and friends, treasure hunting in thrift stores, exploring the outdoors, and reading.
