This month we wanted to feature some of the listings we have worked on this year and share their story. 

We enjoy working with our clients and helping them accomplish their goals whether its up-sizing for more room with the kids or grandkids. Or its selling their forever home to move in with their family. Either way you slice it we love helping you get to the next chapter.

Here’s two uniquely different listings that we helped move to their next chapter and each is very different in their own respect as our all of our listings.

Upsizing in their own neighborhood, and buying before they sell! How?

These sellers needed more space for their family. They loved their neighborhood yet they also wanted more entertaining space and were starting to think about single story versus two story. The wanted to purchase before selling to make the move easier and help to get their home ready for the sale. We found them a new construction home in the same neighborhood. They purchased using Homeward. Moved in and then prepared their old home to sell. That home sold in 11 days at asking price, AFTER the MARKET SHIFT occurred. Pretty nice return for them. The best part is they got into their new home before they had to sell the old one! Homeward is the way to go.

Selling Forever to start the next chapter!

This custom built home our seller built on land hand selected for that gorgeous tree lined view of the creek some 38 years ago! Our seller took great pride in constructing this home with craftsmanship you don't see these days. At last it was time to move with family and say goodbye to a home that meant the world to him and his family. We sold this one in 13 days and for 111% over asking at the height of the market. We shared some tears at the end with this seller, when he told us that the prayer he had sent up about the offers he was reviewing worked. Absolutely warmed our heart to hear how much God had a divine plan in this seller selling his forever home to the next owner!
